Served as a criminal prosecutor for approximately 6 years, handling noteworthy cases involving gang members and domestic violence, with significant work in the sexual assault and child abuse unit prosecuting child molesters and abusers.
Tori is an Associate at Mortenson Taggart Adams LLP. She is an experienced trial lawyer and litigator who has completed over a dozen jury trials to verdict during the course of her career. She currently defends automotive clients in cases involving a variety of issues, including fraud allegations, warranty claims under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
Prior to joining Mortenson Taggart Adams, Tori was a criminal prosecutor for approximately 6 years. During that time, she handled a number of noteworthy and newsworthy cases, including those involving prosecution of gang members and domestic violence, however, her most noteworthy work was done during her time in the sexual assault and child abuse unit, where she prosecuted many of the worst criminals – child molesters and abusers.
Tori completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Redlands, where she majored in biology with a minor in philosophy. She then attended Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law where she was a member of the Mock Trial Team, a legal research assistant, and received her JD with an emphasis in Criminal Law.
Tori previously volunteered as a coach for multiple local high school Mock Trial teams and volunteered at the Boys and Girls Club of San Jacinto teaching youth about what it means to be a prosecutor.
During her free time, Tori enjoys cooking for family and friends and spending time with her chocolate lab, Cash.
