Mortenson Taggart Adams Expands Riverside Office with Addition of Six New Attorneys

Mortenson Taggart Adams LLP (MTA) is pleased to announce the continued growth of its Riverside office with the addition of litigators Kirsten Seebart, Nathan Rodriguez, Tori Burk, Brian Goh, Genesis Gonzalez, and Stephanie Haro.

Kirsten Seebart focuses her practice on business litigation and appellate law. Prior to joining MTA, Kirsten worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Riverside County, in the Writs and Appeals Division, where she litigated matters in state and federal courts—including the California District Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.  Kirsten is also an experienced trial attorney.

Nathan Rodriguez focuses his practice on business and consumer litigation and trials. Prior to joining MTA, Nathan served as a Deputy District Attorney in the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office for three years. And before law school, Nathan worked as a staff assistant for the 42nd Congressional District, representing constituents throughout Riverside County.

Tori Burk focuses her practice on business and consumer litigation and trials, primarily defending automotive clients in matters involving fraud allegations and warranty claims under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Prior to joining MTA, she spent six years as a criminal prosecutor.

Brian Goh focuses his practice on business litigation, as well as complex motion and prelitigation work, defending clients in cases involving fraud-based claims and warranty disputes under the Commercial Code, California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Prior to joining MTA, Brian served as a prosecutor, handling criminal cases, conducting preliminary hearings, drafting motions, negotiating settlements, and trying cases before juries.

Genesis Gonzalez focuses her practice on litigation, includingdefending business entities in fraud-based claims and warranty disputes under the California Commercial Code, Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Prior to joining MTA, Genesis served as a prosecutor with the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office.

Stephanie Haro focuses her practice on litigation, defending businesses from fraud-based claims, warranty claims under the Commercial Code, California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, and Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Prior to joining MTA, Stephanie interned at The Veterans’ Legal Assistance Clinic and the San Bernardino District Attorney’s Office.  Stephanie also worked as a Clerk with the California Superior Court.
