Mortenson Taggart Adams LLP is pleased to announce that Brad Marrett has joined the firm as a partner in the Irvine office.
Mr. Marrett is an experienced trial attorney and litigator with extensive experience in litigating matters involving public corruption, cyber crimes, tax fraud, securities fraud, real estate fraud, and consumer fraud. He has represented clients in high-stakes securities litigation and consumer class actions, some of which involved fraud-based claims, warranty claims Commercial Code, California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, and Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and claims under California’s Consumer Legal Remedies Act and Unfair Competition Law. Mr. Marrett was previously an Assistant United States Attorney in the Central District of California and Deputy Chief of the Orange County Office. He was also previously a partner at Keller Anderle Scolnick, and practiced at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth.
