Mortenson Taggart Adams LLP (MTA) is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Caroline Brown to the firm’s expanding Irvine office.
Caroline Brown (formerly Pohl) brings a wealth of experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes in both state and federal courts. Her practice includes litigation involving breach of contract, false advertising, and misappropriation of trade secrets and other intellectual property. Caroline also has deep expertise defending automotive manufacturers against fraud claims and warranty disputes. She is a graduate of UC Irvine School of Law and previously practiced as an associate Morrison & Foerster LLP.
