Noah Texter is a graduate of the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. Before joining MTA, Noah was an associate at a leading international law firm where he handled complex commercial and securities litigation matters. He was also a Captain of the Division I soccer team at the University of California, Berkley.
Ruby Wang is a 2025 graduate from the UCLA School of Law. While in law school, Ruby served as an extern for the Honorable Otis D. Wright II of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
