Mortenson Taggart Adams LLP is proud to announce that Robert Hightower and Stephen Dye have been promoted to Office Managing Partner for the firm’s Riverside and Walnut Creek offices, respectively. Rob will lead the firm’s expanding Riverside office and Stephen Dye will continue to manage and lead the Walnut Creek office, a key hub in Northern California.
Rob Hightower brings over two decades of litigation experience and has completed more than 50 jury trials to verdict. His practice focuses on defending automotive manufacturers in complex consumer litigation, including fraud claims, warranty disputes, and class actions in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining MTA, Rob served as a criminal prosecutor for 17 years.

Steve Dye, a veteran litigator, has over 40 years of experience, spanning all facets of commercial, consumer, employment, product liability, intellectual property, and professional liability litigation. Steve has represented a wide range of clients—from global corporations to individuals—in trial and appellate courts across the country.
