As reported in Law360, on July 30, 2020, the Mortenson Taggart team led by Michael D. Mortenson and David Keithly obtained the dismissal of claims brought against clients Shanna Lee Hunter and Summer Giaquinta in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
Plaintiff My Daily Choice alleged that Ms. Hunter and Ms. Giaquinta, who are affiliates of BioReigns, breached various contracts they entered into with My Daily Choice.
The Court found that “[t]he complaint does not provide sufficient details to plausibly assert the claims.” The Court also denied My Daily Choice’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction.
