On August 21, 2019, Mortenson Taggart attorneys Michael Mortenson and Andrew Gahan secured a $3,321,900 jury verdict in San Bernardino Superior Court on behalf of client Jeffrey Bingham.
The verdict followed a two-week trial and represented validation of Mr. Bingham’s claims for fraud, conversion, dependent adult financial abuse and neglect, and money had and received.
The verdict was also recognized by Top Verdict™ as a Top 100 Jury Verdict for all practice areas in California for 2019.
