Bryce Calabria is an associate attorney at Mortenson Taggart Adams. Bryce is a business litigation associate primarily focused on contract, commercial, and IP litigation on behalf of companies and franchises. His practice has a focus on corporate law and compliance as well as representing clients in a variety of complex business litigation matters.
Bryce attended Temple University’s Japan campus for undergraduate where he completed a Bachelor of the Arts degree in only 3 years. He then continued his education at the University of San Diego School of Law on a Dean’s Honor Scholarship with a concentration in business and corporate law. While studying at USD, Bryce also attended his alma mater, TUJ, where he took additional classes in international law as part of a certificate program by the Beasly School of Law. Bryce also had the opportunity to intern at several prominent firms including Hogan Lovells as a member of the M&A team as well as BMW Japan’s in-house legal department. Bryce was also an active member of the San Diego International Law Journal as a senior comment editor, the Japanese American Bar Association (JABA), the Asia Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA), Business Law Society, and International Law Society. He is currently an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association’s Legislative Committee, JABA, the California Lawyers Association, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
Bryce is also passionate about his pro-bono advocacy work. He worked as part of the Veterans Legal Clinic at USD where he was given an award for completing over 100 hours of pro-bono work as a law student. He would go on to join the USD Entrepreneurship Clinic where he would help new businesses incorporate, set up their company, and register their intellectual property. He continues to volunteer his time at a variety of events and organizations in the San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angles areas today. Bryce prides himself on his zealous and insightful advocacy for his clients. He brings a unique skill set as a two-way player by being able to handle both the internal and external legal issues a corporation may face. His experience enables him to address and advise on both domestic and international issues , and he aims to provide value to his clients while helping them to grow to their maximum potential. When he is not in the office, Bryce can be found working on his motorcycle, at a baseball game, or training in combat sports.
