Andy Liu is an experienced litigation attorney representing clients in a wide range of civil disputes.  Andy has demonstrated success in complex litigation matters including, commercial disputes, employment law, intellectual property disputes, construction defect and personal injury matters.  Andy’s practice at Mortenson Taggart Adams focuses on commercial business litigation.  He is known for his forward thinking and ability develop practical solutions to complex legal problems.  Andy is also highly skilled in alternative dispute resolution, helping his clients achieve favorable outcomes outside of the courtroom.

Andy obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine and his Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier Law School.  Andy spends a considerable amount of time serving his community by volunteering at his local church.  During his off-time, Andy enjoys sports and traveling with friends and family.
