Dianna Manukyan is a partner at Mortenson Taggart Adams LLP. Dianna is an experienced litigator who represents clients in a broad range of civil and commercial matters throughout California. Her practice includes the representation of automotive manufacturers and other businesses in consumer warranty, product liability, commercial, and complex civil litigation.
Dianna represents automotive manufacturers in matters involving warranty and consumer protection claims, including claims arising under California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Her practice also draws on extensive experience representing businesses, property owners, contractors, and other entities in matters involving catastrophic injury, product liability, premises liability, personal injury, construction disputes, and related commercial claims.
Dianna has substantial experience handling matters through all stages of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, expert discovery, dispositive motions, mediation, settlement and trial. She has successfully obtained favorable results for her clients through verdict, negotiated resolutions and motion practice.
Dianna earned her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2016. She received her B.A. in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2012.
Outside of her practice, Dianna enjoys painting, traveling, and gardening.
