Dongyang “Ruby” Wang

Ruby Wang is an associate attorney at Mortenson Taggart Adams LLP, where her practice primarily focuses on business and commercial litigation, representing franchisors, manufacturers, and distributors.

Ruby earned her JD from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2025. At UCLA School of Law, she served as a Comments Editor on the UCLA Law Review and was a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and the Food Law Society. She also led UCLA School of Law’s Vis Moot team in the 2025 Hong Kong Vis East International Commercial Arbitration competition, where she worked on matters involving international commercial arbitration. Ruby also externed at the United States District Court for the Central District of California with Judge Otis D. Wright II, working on complex federal class actions. During law school, she also carved out a focus in food litigation and class actions, concentrating on false advertising and related consumer-protection matters.
