Hannah Miller is an associate attorney at Mortenson Taggart Adams. Hannah is a business litigation associate, focusing on litigation on behalf of automobile manufacturers and other corporations. Her practice includes defending automotive clients in cases involving fraud-based claims, and warranty claims under the Commercial Code, California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
While in law school, Hannah received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Chapman University. During her time in the JD/MBA program, Hannah was able to gain experience and knowledge in both the business and legal worlds. Additionally, Hannah worked with several in-house legal departments, in both publicly traded companies and start-up companies. Hannah’s legal and business background allows her to think both as a creative businesswoman seeking solutions for her clients while using her legal knowledge to think about the risks associated with those decisions.
Like all the attorneys she works with, Hannah is passionate about giving back to her community. Hannah is an active member and served on the board of the Central Guild of Casa Teresa, an organization that provides pregnant women in crisis a loving home to begin their healing journey. By raising money and collecting donations for the shelter, it ensures the women and their child are taken care of until they can get back on their feet and provide a loving and stable environment.
