Kristen Allison is a seasoned trial attorney and accomplished litigator who has over 16 years of public service as a Deputy District Attorney in the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office. Her diverse legal experience includes prosecuting violent crimes and white-collar offenses, handling writs and appeals, overseeing complex fraud investigations, and advising on in-house counsel and public records matters. Kristen served as lead counsel in more than two dozen jury trials, conducted several grand juries and successfully briefed and argued multiple published appellate decisions.
Throughout her career, Kristen led high-stakes prosecutions involving government misconduct, healthcare fraud, and workers’ compensation fraud. She also developed Riverside County’s litigation strategy in response to California’s expanded compassionate release laws, creating statewide protocols to oppose early release for serious and violent offenders. Her leadership and legal acumen earned her numerous accolades, including Appellate Prosecutor of the Year, In-House Counsel Prosecutor of the Year, and Misdemeanor Prosecutor of the Year. Kristen earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Chapman University.
Kristen lives in Riverside with her husband and two children and is a lifelong Angels baseball fan.
