Experience handling securities litigation cases, including analyzing shareholder class action and derivative complaints, public statements, and SEC filings at issue in 10b and 10b-5 fraud claims, as well as demand evaluation committee reports responding to FTC investigations.

Drafted motions to dismiss, hearing outlines, and other key filings leading to the dismissal of significant allegations against corporate clients.

Worked extensively on one of the largest multi-district litigations in the country, drafting briefs for federal and state courts, while managing discovery disputes and deadlines across multiple litigation tracks.

As a law clerk, gained experience with the Apex Deposition Doctrine, broker liability in the procurement of business interruption insurance during COVID-19, and drafting choice of law motions in multistate class actions to significantly reduce the scope of alleged liability.

Noah also has experience handling multiple securities litigation cases, analyzing dense and complex shareholder class action and derivative complaints, public statements and SEC filings at issue in 10b and 10b-5 fraud claims, as well as demand evaluation committee reports responding to FTC investigations. Noah’s dedication to thorough research and his contributions to the drafting of motions to dismiss, hearing outlines, and other important filings have led to the dismissal of significant allegations against corporate clients.


Noah has also done extensive work for one of the largest multi-district litigations in the country, drafting briefs for federal and state courts, while managing discovery disputes and deadlines across multiple litigation tracks.


Noah served as a law clerk, gaining extensive experience researching and applying the Apex Deposition Doctrine, dealing with entirely new and undeveloped areas of law and contract interpretation to become adept at navigating broker liability in the procurement of business interruption insurance during COVID-19, and drafting choice of law motions in multistate class actions to significantly reduce the scope of alleged liability.


Noah received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he was an honors student and the programs chair for the USC Gould Business Law Society. He earned his B.A. in history from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was also an honors student while playing and serving as captain for UC Berkeley’s Division I soccer team.
