Sanja Stark is Senior Counsel at Mortenson Taggart Adams. She is an experienced trial attorney and litigator who has completed 30 jury trials during the course of her career.  She currently defends automotive clients in cases involving a variety of issues, including fraud allegations, warranty claims under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. 

Prior to joining Mortenson Taggart Adams, Sanja was a criminal prosecutor for over 10 years. During that time, she prosecuted a number of newsworthy cases involving clandestine butane honey oil lab explosions, violent crimes, organized retail theft, and multi-defendant gang crimes.  Sanja spent more than half of her prosecutorial career working closely with CalFire to specially handle arson offenses. 

Sanja is a member of the Desert Bar Association. She previously volunteered as a coach for local high school mock trial teams.
