Elizabeth Kozlov is an experienced litigator at Mortenson, Taggart, and Adams, where she focuses on representing individuals and businesses in high stakes commercial litigation, business and employment disputes. She has represented clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations as well as commercial contract disputes, unfair business practices, and developer and owner liability.
Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth gained valuable litigation experience working at nationally recognized firms where she represented consumers and businesses in various commercial and employment disputes.
Elizabeth completed her undergraduate studies at University of California, Los Angeles. She received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles.
Elizabeth is licensed to practice in the state of California.
